Darren – I am a Level 2 swimming teacher who has taught both group and private lessons for a number of years. A competitive swimmer in my younger days I took this passion into teaching after I finished my BSc Sports Science degree at Northumbria University. After teaching at numerous leisure centres, I decided to start my own swim academy to design and teach the schemes of work I feel are best suited to enhancing the learning of young and improving swimmers.
Teaching times – Group lessons (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday) and Private lessons (Monday)
Lisa – Lisa is a Level 2 swimming teacher. She will be assisting with the early stages and teaching some of the higher stages on Saturday mornings.

Katie – Katie is a former swimmer with us who has gone on to complete her teaching badges and now teaches our group lessons.

Hallie – Hallie has recently joined us is a swimming assistant role to gain experience and will now go on to complete her level 1 teaching award.
